1. Who we are

Yogaforgeeks (“the site”, “we”, “us”) can be found at yogaforgeeks.com and is run by the operator of Yogaforgeeks. You can email us at [email protected]. The contact form is always available too.

2. Who may use the site

• You must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger, please leave the site.
• It’s your responsibility to make sure free social games are lawful where you are.
• We may ask you to confirm your age again, and we may restrict or close any account we believe belongs to a minor.

3. What the site is and is not

The site offers free social games for entertainment. It is not a gambling service.

• We sell nothing, and we take no deposits, payments or card details.
• Credits inside the games have no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, transferred, or swapped for money, goods or services.
• We give no cash prizes and no prizes of any real-world value.
• Doing well in a free game says nothing about how you’d fare gambling with real money.

4. Accounts

• Having an account is optional. The games and the rest of the site work without one.
• If you open one, give truthful details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can log in with an email and password or with Google. Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that step.
• You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
• For safety, five incorrect passwords in a row pause password log-in for 15 minutes.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not: use the site if you are under 18; give false details; try to break, overload or bypass the site or its games; run bots or scripts against our forms or games; copy, scrape or resell the site or games; or use the site for anything unlawful or to harass others.

6. The games

Games are embedded files that run inside our pages. We can’t promise that a game will always be available, free of faults or compatible with your device, and games may be altered, paused or taken down. Results are for fun and predict nothing.

7. Ownership

The site, including its design, text, artwork and games, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and play it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do not exclude liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, and so far as the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of play credits, which have no value. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
